Communication Screening: Screen calls and emails, prioritizing and distributing correspondence effectively. Documentation Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed for meetings and strategic initiatives. Coordination: Facilitate smooth operations by coordinating with internal departments and external contacts. Confidentiality: Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Board Meeting Logistics: Assist in the preparation and logistics for Board meetings, including materials and scheduling. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics, including flight bookings and hotel accommodations for executives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Understanding Requirements Interact with hiring managers to understand job descriptions, role expectations, and timelines. Plan hiring priorities based on business needs. 2. Sourcing Candidates Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs. 3. Screening & Shortlisting Review applications and shortlist profiles based on role requirements. Conduct initial telephonic and video interviews to assess fitment and interest. Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds with relevant stakeholders. 4. Selection & Offer Management Support hiring managers in final selection decisions. Prepare salary proposals, issue offers, and manage negotiation discussions. Ensure offer-to-joining conversions through consistent candidate engagement. 5. Onboarding & Joining Formalities Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Hand over new employee details to HR Operations for documentation and induction. 6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards positions closed, TAT, source mix, etc. Track and report recruitment status to HR Head and business teams. 7. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with external recruitment partners as needed. Build positive relationships with internal teams and ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong end-to-end recruitment knowledge Excellent sourcing and networking skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines Proficiency with ATS / job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership Preferred Experience: Experience in manufacturing / automotive / engineering / agriculture equipment sectors (preferred but not mandatory) Exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar hiring will be an advantage
