Role & responsibilities Job Title: Associate Counsellor, Competitiveness Development Services Classification: Male or Female Reports to: Director & HOD Objective of Job: Support execution and scale up of VLFM, VSME and related Programme Required Education & Experience: Post Graduate Diploma, B.E./B.Tech. with min 7 8 years of experience Location: Mumbai Competency: Knowledge, Skill, and ability-based points as below 1) Strong verbal & written communication skills 2) Self-starter and Team Player (progress-focused and inspirational) 3) Attention to detail, content development 4) Able to handle multiple projects at once 5) Ability to adopt and learn new project management tools 6) Possess Tenacity and Determination- willing to try new things and look for new opportunities significance in the achievement of organizational goal. 7) Strategic thinker 8) Transformational and transactional hands on 9) Digitalization focused and familiar with usage 10) Marketing & Business development skills 11) Target oriented Desirable Competency I. Advisory and Training: Ability to plan and execute following: • Engage with subject matter experts to conduct sessions • Tie up with Institutions & research organizations • Create papers and contents • Engage in consultative engagement • Engage industry members through trainings and audits to impart certifications II. Project Management: Ability to plan and execute following: • Plan and execute work as per objectives of multiple projects • Communicate with all stakeholders of multiple projects • Manage, control changes and adhere to budgets of multiple projects • Plan and acquire human resources required for multiple projects • Engage industry members through trainings and audits to impart certifications and conduct assessments III. Knowledge creation and Dissemination Ability to strategize/ plan and ensure execution of the following : • Work with an industry representative, to coordinate and produce thought leadership content • Maintain relationship to increase industry participation • Oversee the creation, production and delivery of marketing collateral and brochures of all programmes, newsletters, media, PR, and confirm that they align with the overall strategy IV. Business Development and Member engagement: Ability to strategize/ plan and ensure execution of the following : • Create Integrated services for members - Collaborate with practice, industry and other firm leaders, to develop market-facing initiatives that drive the overall strategy of COE • Identify potential institutions/clients to enter into MOUs, JV etc to bring subsequent business for COE to service members V. Research and Report Creation: Ability to independently plan and execute following: • Design surveys and Questionnaires and identify trends • Understand advanced contemporary business issues • Create white papers and reports Function Skill Required: 1. NETWORKING & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS 2. ADVANCED ANALYTICAL & CONSULTATIVE SKILLS 3. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS 4. EXCELLENT PRESENTATION AND FACILITATION SKILLS 5.
