Implement automation solutions such as AGV, RF scan guns, tracking systems, conveyors, and robotic packaging within warehouses or distribution centers. Implement best practices like WMS, KANBAN, JIT, eKANBAN, and visual management for efficient material procurement and logistics. Manage warehouse projects using Lean Management and project management methodologies; present solutions to internal teams and leadership. Conduct workshops (VSM/Kaizen) to improve labor productivity, warehouse space utilization, and lead time optimization. Identify and deploy digitization opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency.
