Your expertise lies in planning, managing, and optimizing high-budget paid media campaigns with a focus on E-com, Nutra, and VSL funnels. You are adept at handling daily ad spends ranging from 5 to 6 figures across platforms like Meta, Google, Tik-Tok, or native ad networks. Your responsibilities also include driving strategy, execution, and scaling of campaigns targeting global markets in various native languages. You excel in leading and coordinating performance marketing efforts within cross-functional teams. Your proficiency in conducting deep funnel analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization ensures maximized Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You are skilled in identifying growth opportunities and driving performance improvements at scale. Additionally, you provide valuable insights and forecasting reports to management for continuous scaling. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and a proven track record of managing $1M+ in ad spend. You possess mastery of various advertising platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your strong data analysis and optimization skills, coupled with a test-and-learn mindset, enable you to strategize, execute, and lead successful performance marketing campaigns independently. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of multiple languages is considered a plus.
