7+ years experience mainframe-based applications development and support. Strong in mainframe development tools: COBOL, Easytrieve, CICS, VSAM, VSE/DOS. Assembler knowledge also required. zOS development experience is required. Strong in VSE tools such as: SyncSort, IDCAMS, CECI, CEDF, FTP, or any other third-party toolset. Client/Server technology skills a plus Working with .TXT, .XLS files and SQL is also a plus, but not required.
