Vacancy 6 Nos Experience Required : 5+ years Job Location: Rohtak & GURGAON Salary Range : 30,000 - 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Role Overview: Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Engineer for for Automotive OEMs. The IQC Receiving BOP Quality Engineer/Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of all bought-out parts (BOP) received from suppliers before they are accepted into inventory or used in production. The Engineer/inspector ensures that all incoming materials meet required specifications and standards by using appropriate measuring instruments and documentation processes. Roles and Responsibilities Perform incoming inspection of Bought Out Parts (BOP) based on drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Use measuring instruments and tools to check dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, hardness, and other parameters . Identify and segregate non-conforming parts , raise NCRs(Non-Conformance Reports) , and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. Maintain inspection records , test reports, and ensure traceability of inspected components. Support the supplier quality team in quality improvement initiatives and feedback. Work closely with purchase, stores, and production teams to ensure smooth quality checks of incoming materials. Assist in calibration and upkeep of instruments used for quality inspection. Train and guide junior inspectors if needed. Reporting to Quality Control Head Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate must be willing to work at our Sohna (Nuh), Haryana factory unit. Should have a strong background in incoming quality inspection of Bought Out Parts. Preference will be given to candidates from nearby locations or those open to relocating to Sohna. Strong understanding of mechanical used in manufacturing or assembly. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, datasheets , and quality standards. Proficient in using instruments such as: Vernier calipers Micrometers Height gauges Surface roughness testers Hardness testers Multimeter / clamp meter Torque wrenches Thread gauges Parts inspection, Re Inspection & Rework BOP, JIG Validation, PDI Reports, Line Quality Inspection, Handing Inspection instruments & Testing Machines, Experience in Plastic Part, any other assigned Duties Audit Responsibilities: Internal Audits: Regularly conduct internal audits of development processes, quality control measures, and compliance with industry standards. Ensure that the engineering department is adhering to best practices and continuous improvement methodologies. Supplier Audits: Lead audits of suppliers facilities to ensure that they comply with contract specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Assess their manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and production methods. Corrective Action: Identify any non-conformities during audits and work with relevant teams to develop corrective action plans. Follow up to ensure these actions are implemented and effective. External Audits: Support third-party audits (e.g., ISO, IATF 16949) by preparing documentation, coordinating with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO, IATF 16949 5+ years of experience in automotive Quality & Audits. Familiarity with design tools, production methods, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, and implementation of new parts and components for automotive OEMs. In-depth knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) to manage and drive the successful execution of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process for new parts. In-depth knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) . Ensure compliance with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and coordinate the necessary documentation and validation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality departments to ensure seamless development of new parts. Troubleshoot design issues and drive continuous improvement in part design and production. Ensure the technical feasibility and manufacturability of the new parts while meeting the automotive industry standards. Oversee testing procedures for new parts to verify that they meet customer and regulatory requirements. Oversee the execution of test plans, trials, validation activities and review test results, identify any performance gaps, and make recommendations for improvements. Maintain strong communication with OEM customers to address any concerns and ensure alignment throughout the development process. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Understanding of automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal teams and OEM customers.
