Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Recovery CollectionsJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Loan Recovery Collections team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue loan accounts, reminding them of pending payments, resolving queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments. Explain outstanding dues clearly and provide repayment options. Follow-up consistently through calls/SMS/emails until payment is collected. Negotiate and persuade customers to clear pending dues within timelines. Maintain accurate records of calls, promises to pay, and follow-ups. Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned team when needed. Adhere to company policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance standards. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred). Prior experience in loan recovery, collections, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication and persuasion skills in [local language, Hindi, and English]. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/collection software). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
