Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader Mechanical / HVAC to manage and maintain critical HVAC and utility systems in a high-performance process plant environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and team leadership experience in the paint, pharma, or chemical industry. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of technicians for mechanical/HVAC operations. Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems including: Split AC, VRVs, Chillers, FFU, AHU, DHU, DX Unit, Cooling Towers. Oversee cleanroom HVAC and utility equipment maintenance Perform regular maintenance of: Pumps and mechanical seals Air compressors and nitrogen generators Train and guide subordinates to ensure high efficiency and safety standards Maintain documentation and support audits and inspections Required Skills : Strong mechanical/HVAC fundamentals. Cleanroom and critical utility maintenance experience. Leadership and team training capabilities. Preventive and breakdown maintenance knowledge. Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
