As a Video Editor at Vrudhi Media, you will be a crucial part of the post-production process, working closely with our producers, directors, and marketing team to deliver best-in-class video content. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with the project's goals and brand guidelines. Incorporate motion graphics, titles, music, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance the final product. Perform color correction and color grading to create a consistent and visually stunning look. Review scripts and raw footage to create a shot list and editing plan before starting the post-production process. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth-running of all video content. Collaborate closely with the creative team to receive feedback and make necessary revisions in a timely manner. Manage and organize all project media, assets, and archives for efficient workflow. Export and deliver final video files in various formats required for web, social media, and broadcast. Stay current with the latest industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements. Qualifications and Skills Required: 1+ years of proven work experience as a Video Editor. A strong and diverse portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your editing skills and creative flair is mandatory. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Solid understanding of video production and post-production workflows. Knowledge of composition, pacing, color theory, and audio mixing. Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
