Within CDO Infra Networks, the Networks tower is responsible for managing globally the life cycle, delivery, quality, and performance of the Wide Area Network, internet connections, network traffic management, (W)LAN, DNS/DHCP, and all other aspects of connectivity for Nokia Networks offices and partners. Join our Team About This Opportunity This Role is responsible for Alarm analysis, Operation-maintenance, trouble-shooting & Change Request Implementation on IP nodes (like Routers ,switches ,firewalls, load balancers and security gateways etc). Also responsible for Trouble Ticket analysis and resolution of trouble tickets raised by Customer / L2 Teams. Fault management on all routers and switches equipment and follow up with support in case of raised cases. What You Will Do Actively Supervising of ITSM Ticket queues to maintain MTTR. Analytical skills like logical thinking, Problem solving & handling assignments are mandatory. Identify root cause of P0/P1/P2/P3/P4 Incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA). First point of contact for support of any alarm/event/KPI related issues. Close Collaboration with Field Team for all field activities (Hardware failures, Node unreachable etc.). Ensure timely restoration of Services maintain MTTR for good customer experience & high Service availability to maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA). Proactive involvement to detect possible failures to ensure incident restoration/avoidance whenever engagement by Incident Manager or MS Automated Service Function. Node health checks and backups & trouble-shoot the deviation identified. Sharing details for MIR & CSR to respective teams. End to End Network Understanding. 3PP/OEM handling, Problem management support, Data Analytics, Customer Governance Handling. You will bring IP Firewall on Cisco FTD + Firepower + ASA is mandatory Good knowledge in IP Networking Protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP, BGP-LU, MPLS, Inter-AS, LDP, RSVP, TE, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD, Segment Routing. Understanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP. IP Security protocols- IPSEC, GRE, VPN, CGNat. CISCO, Spine-leaf Architecture, Border-Leaf Architecture, VX-LAN. Telecom knowledge (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Service Flow & Interfaces). Product/Vendor knowledge on CISCO (mandatory) & Ericsson is preferable. Good Communication & trouble-shooting skills. 5-10 years of relevant in IP Domain

You'll be managing and supporting enterprise customers for their business-critical services. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities surrounding the ongoing maintenance and expert level support of Verizon Managed Services customer networks, primarily Incident and Change Management. These activities will include the troubleshooting and resolution of highly complex network issues, complex change management, working with vendors and internal organizations (IT NOC, Engineering, PMO, etc.) on product wide issues as well as product readiness projects. Interacting with customers on high visibility and complex technical issues. Supporting a complex mix of technologies that create the Verizon Managed Services product offerings including Managed WAN (MWAN), Managed LAN (MLAN). Managing Wireless LAN (MWLAN - Aruba and Cisco WLCs and APs), etc. Providing expert level support for all underlying Verizon network access and fulfillment function for MNS Standard Change Management requests. Providing customer configuration which includes Cisco 7600, ASR9K, ESR, GSR IOS & IOS-XR devices, and Juniper M320 and MX960 devices. What we’re looking for... Knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and RIP routing protocols, redistribution, and high availability protocols such as HSRP, GLBP, VRRP, MBGP, VRFs, VRF-Lite, and MPLS VPNs. Experience providing support for AOS, IOS, IOS-XR, and JUNOS products. Knowledge of QOS, MQOS, queuing techniques, policing, shaping, marking etc. on Cisco and Juniper platforms. A CCNP certification. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience supporting IPVPN, DMVPN, EZVPN, and GETVPN designs. Knowledge of supporting Aruba and Cisco WLAN Controllers and Access Points. Experience supporting Cisco and Riverbed WAN Optimization. Experience with resolution centric diagnostic approach. Ability to quickly identify and isolate the root cause of the issues in minimal time. Experience with Advanced network troubleshooting skills utilizing Wireshark packet capture/analysis.
