Objective: To generate qualified leads by cold calling, database calling, and engaging potential clients to create interest in freight forwarding and logistics services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce freight forwarding services (air, sea, land). Qualify leads by understanding customer needs related to logistics and shipping. Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate customer details and call outcomes. Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested and qualified leads. Follow up on warm leads, inquiries, or past clients. Share marketing collateral and service offerings via email or WhatsApp post-call. Collaborate with the sales and operations team to fine-tune targeting and messaging. KPIs: Number of outbound calls made per day/week. Number of qualified leads generated. Appointments booked for sales team. Number of deals closed. Follow-up performance.
