Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively. 4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on product selection, installation, and maintenance. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and product developments. Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs. 5. Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with the service team for timely support and issue resolution. Collect and address client feedback to improve service delivery. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections. 6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field. MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred). Experience: 2 - 7 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and passion for sales are also welcome. Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
