You will be responsible for studying Global PV in order to create refrigeration cycle variants that meet performance standards and requirements for different regions, all while keeping cost targets in mind. Your duties will include developing VRF cycles, collaborating closely with other teams to design, validate, and verify cycles, and leading a team to deliver all technical documents related to cycle design. Additionally, you will be tasked with establishing and updating VRF cycle standards, participating in VRF product cost reduction, maintenance, and improvement activities, as well as troubleshooting customer complaints and benchmarking activities. You will also be expected to track VRF product development trends in alignment with the company's VRF roadmap, participate in VRF product-related technology studies with the advanced development team, discuss annual performance targets and key focuses with your supervisor, conduct performance reviews as scheduled, and create personal annual training plans to enhance your competencies. The mandatory requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in refrigeration, thermal engineering, or mechanical engineering, along with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in VRF development within an HVAC company. You should have experience in VRF cycle control, the ability to understand and define refrigeration cycle control logic, optimize cycle design performance, and be familiar with VRF product performance standards for India and other markets. Proficiency in project management and the use of cycle simulation tools is also essential. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or above, familiarity with HVAC product regulations such as CE, CB, GB, UL AHRI, IEC, and fluency in speaking and understanding the Japanese language.,
