Company Description We are producing silk sarees. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator located in Dharmavaram. The Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling machinery and equipment used in the production process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of operations. The Operator will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective operation of all equipment. Qualifications Experience in monitoring and controlling machinery and equipment Understanding of safety and quality standards Basic mechanical skills for maintenance and troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
