Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our in-house marketing and branding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphics and compelling videos for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communication. VRD Creative is a team of strategy-driven professionals who help businesses accelerate sales exponentially. It takes an omnichannel approach to diversify online and offline channels and optimize sales strategies for expansion and growth. Our services include diversifying brand presence, boosting sales via Omni Channel approach, optimizing sales strategies, helping businesses reduce marketing and sales expenses, and effectively positioning their products for target customers. Key Responsibilities: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design. Experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation. Editing and customizing attractive social media Reels (30 seconds to 1 minute) and videos Turnaround time for the videos/graphics to be designed or edited should be very prompt. No excuses will be entertained for delay. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in video editing and animation. Must know the proper usage of a camera and an iPhone Should be able to edit YouTube videos and make attractive thumbnails Strong knowledge of Adobe collections, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, in addition to an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Design high-quality graphics, banners, infographics, and marketing collaterals. Edit and produce promotional videos, social media reels, and product walkthroughs. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to deliver visually appealing content. Ensure brand consistency across all design projects. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion design, visual arts, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and email template design, preferably in a marketing company/agency setting. Experience of working with different clients at a time (especially for a fashion brand or a Jewellery brand) Adobe collections, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of design principles and techniques for both print and digital media. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. A portfolio of previous design work that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
