Technical Content Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical content, including manuals, training materials, troubleshooting guides, and multimedia resources (videos, animations, exploded images, AR/VR assets). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in Knowledge Management, Technical Communication, or Instructional Design preferred. 20+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within knowledge management, technical content development, or related fields. Expertise in content management systems, multimedia development tools, and data management. Familiarity with AR/VR, AI technologies, and 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks) is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional, multi-regional teams. Experience in ‘change management’ is an added advantage. Administers operations in accordance with company's policies, priorities, and budget constraints set forth by senior management.
