Role Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record in RMC sales. This is a field-intensive role focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth. 💼 Responsibilities Drive B2B sales for RMC products across construction and infrastructure segments Build and nurture long-term client relationships Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into deals Collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Represent VR Infra Realty at industry events and client meetings 🎯 Requirements Minimum 3 years of RMC sales experience (mandatory) Strong network within the construction and infrastructure ecosystem Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and field-ready 💰 Compensation & Perks Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000/month (based on experience and performance) Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000/month Performance incentives and growth opportunities
