You are a Network Engineer who will be joining the team at Mindsprint Digital, a leading technology and business services company based in Chennai. Your role will involve supporting large corporate network infrastructures, specializing in Data Center and LAN/WAN management. You should have a solid understanding of networking and network security technologies, as well as hands-on experience with various networking devices and platforms. Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure to ensure high performance and security in large-scale corporate environments. You will oversee Enterprise Class Data Centers and manage Global WAN Infrastructure across multiple sites. Additionally, you will provide technical support for production environments, troubleshoot complex network issues, and implement network security measures using FortiGate Firewalls and SSL VPN platforms. Managing cloud networking services on AWS and Azure, as well as designing and troubleshooting SDWAN solutions, will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience supporting networking services in large corporate environments. You should possess expertise in WAN, LAN, DC, VPN/Client Connectivity, and hands-on experience with Arista, Aruba, and Cisco Switches. Mandatory experience with Arista/Aruba Wireless Infrastructure and FortiGate Firewall platforms is required, along with proficiency in F5 LTM/GTM/APM/AFM and WAN-Optimizers. Holding CCNA/CCNP Certification in at least one domain and ITIL certification is mandatory. Experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking is also necessary. In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different geographies and time zones. You must be willing to work from the office.
