VP - Wholesale

You will be responsible for planning and implementing deployment under the Wholesale lending vertical at Credit Saison India. Your role involves identifying potential partners across various asset classes, conducting preliminary analysis, managing due diligence, negotiating commercial agreements, and maintaining revenue targets. Collaborate with the team to prepare Credit Approval Memos (CAMs) and financial analysis for wholesale partners, explore new asset classes, assess credit risks, and monitor partner relationships regularly. Lead the launch of various financial products and support the Wholesale team in financial analysis and due diligence processes. - Identify potential partners across asset classes in the Wholesale lending vertical. - Conduct preliminary analysis of potential partners and finalize on conducting due diligence. - Lead due diligence process on potential partners and close commercial negotiations. - Maintain yield and revenue targets of the organization. - Prepare CAMs and financial analysis for wholesale partners and present to Credit Committee members. - Explore new asset classes and structures for potential ventures. - Identify credit risks and red flag events, presenting promptly to senior management. - Facilitate closure of due diligence processes with required urgency. - Deepen relationships with partners and build a brand for Credit Saison India. - Conduct quarterly monitoring processes for partners. - Launch various financial products such as term loans, NCDs, etc. - Manage daily deliverables of the Wholesale team and assist in financial analysis and due diligence. - Background in the financial services industry with 9-14 years of experience in lending to financial services and corporates. - Experience in sustained client relationship management at a senior leadership level. - Experience in building new alliances and growing business volumes through long-lasting partner relationships.,
