VP of Sales and Marketing

You will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing operations of the company, as well as developing marketing strategy and vision. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role within an ITES organization, Contact Center, or BPO. Your qualifications should include excellent communication skills, online marketing experience in US, Europe, and Asian markets for contact center and/or BPO services, ability to plan and manage global marketing campaigns, experience in handling globally distributed teams, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations, excellent account management skills, understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing, and a Masters degree in Marketing. As the VP of Sales and Marketing, your responsibilities will involve managing sales and marketing initiatives of the Contact Center and BPO division, marketing Foiwe's services on a global scale, meeting monthly and annual revenue targets for IT services business, directing and managing sales and business development activities worldwide, executing key steps of the sales process, identifying and closing new business opportunities, preparing management and sales reports, mentoring the marketing and sales teams, and coordinating with the digital marketing team. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, India, with no travel required.
