VP - Dot Net Developer

As a Senior Technology Lead in the FX Hub Technology Team at our company, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing the delivery of solutions that align with the strategic vision for our business. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to a growing business and make a meaningful impact towards achieving ambitious goals over the coming years. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. - Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities effectively. - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure proper integration of functions. - Identify and define necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements. - Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. - Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. - Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. - Develop comprehensive knowledge in areas such as architecture and infrastructure integration to achieve business goals. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis. - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications. - Hands-on experience in managing and implementing successful projects. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development. - Ability to adjust priorities quickly and demonstrate leadership and project management skills. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to assess risks when making business decisions. **Additional Company Details:** - This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
