Role Overview: You will be joining a top provider of Digital Engineering services as a Vice President, AI, responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver AI/ML projects for customers. Your role will involve defining and implementing AI/ML strategies aligned with customer business objectives, crafting AI use cases, translating requirements into project work plans, and overseeing project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement AI/ML strategy and roadmap for customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with customers to create compelling AI use cases that drive business value and translate them into detailed requirements. - Turn business requirements into AI application features, map use cases to project tasks, and produce detailed work plans. - Engage with executive leadership to communicate program statuses and outcomes effectively. - Lead solution development with a team of engineers, architects, and data scientists to ensure successful deployment. - Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery by setting quality and performance standards, managing risks, and handling client escalations. - Identify and assess new technologies for feasibility and build necessary capabilities. - Manage a team of AI engineers, leads, and architects to drive AI solution implementation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, AI, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles, successfully managing teams and delivering complex AI/ML projects. - Proven track record in leading generative AI research projects and teams. - Experience in developing and deploying production-grade generative AI solutions. - Proficiency in Python and its libraries for data science, Generative AI, and Cognitive AI solutions. - Experienced in developing best practices for ML lifecycle and LLMOps capabilities. - Leadership experience in guiding AI teams and driving innovation in generative AI. - People management experience, preferably managing Business Analysts and client-facing roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience in a fast-paced technology environment. - PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.,
