Our Corporate Bank Technology team is a global team of 3000 Engineers (and growing!) across 30 countries. The primary businesses that we support within Corporate Bank are Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services. CB Technology support these businesses through vertical CIO aligned teams and by horizontals such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance and Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control. Participate and contribute to code review, design sessions with other team members Continually help to improve the performance of the team regarding SDLC, QA, CICD and post release activities. Act as an expert on the platform in various capacities, strategy meetings, and product development opportunities Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives. Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems. Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices. Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues. Your skills and experience Technology Skills: 14-17 years of technical and functional experience in Product Development with technologies such as: GoLang, Java, Spring boot, React JS, REST APIs, gRPC, Kafka. Hands on experience in one of the public Cloud Platforms: GCP, AWS or Azure. Good experience with DevOps : building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins/GitHub actions, Good experience with Docker,Terraform. Good knowledge about designing and implanting nonfunctional requirements like Scalability, Security, Logging and Monitoring. Experience in building SaaS products will be added advantage. Progressive engineering hands on development experience to lead engineering teams. Strong Agile skills with running Dev Ops, IT Risk and control, SRE squads. Team Management: Experience with people development with respect to training, upskilling, providing right opportunities within India and global squads. Promotes engineering culture and improves productivity amongst India FTE and vendor staff. Grooms and coaches the team providing proper career progression. Dynamic resource management and close collaboration with Corporate Bank (CB) global tribe/squad leads. Excellent skills and appetite to maintain risk & control hygiene. Streamline ITAO processes with automation. Will require broader promotion of people strategy activities within CB Tech India. Stakeholder/Business Management: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with India operations, EMEA/APAC business leaders.
