Role Overview As a Sales Manager at Voyalys, you will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales, building strategic partnerships, acquiring corporate accounts, and scaling high-value travel/event bookings. You will lead end-to-end sales efforts, from prospecting and pitching to closing and retention, in line with our brand's premium positioning. Key Responsibilities Own and drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets across corporate and leisure verticals. Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients (HR heads, CXOs, Admins, etc.) for offsites, retreats, and events. Sell curated holiday packages and premium experiences to HNI and executive clients. Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain high conversion ratios. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for target audiences. Conduct sales presentations, proposal walkthroughs, and negotiations with decision-makers. Build long-term relationships and ensure exceptional post-sale client satisfaction. Attend networking events, industry forums, and FAM trips to generate leads and visibility. Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize offerings.
