They will be responsible for coordinating and managing meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE). Day-to-day tasks will include planning event logistics, communicating with clients and vendors, budgeting, and ensuring events run smoothly. The role also involves troubleshooting any issues that may arise during events and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in event planning, coordination, and management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations Time management and multitasking skills Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
