In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and managing Genesys Cloud solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and optimizing contact center performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud platforms and a deep understanding of contact center operations.Key Responsibilities:Configure, implement, and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions for clients.Design and manage integrations between Genesys Cloud and other systems (CRM, IVR, ACD, WFM, etc.).Monitor and optimize the performance of Genesys Cloud environments.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud-based contact center systems and integrations.Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure the smooth deployment of solutions.Customize Genesys Cloud features, including routing, queues, IVR, and reporting.Develop and maintain APIs and integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs.Work with clients to define requirements and deliver customized solutions.Train and mentor junior engineers on Genesys Cloud best practices.Skills Required:Expertise in contact center technologies such as ACD, IVR and WFM.Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and SaaS solutions.Proficiency in Genesys Cloud APIs and integrations with third-party applications (e.g., CRM systems).Experience with contact center solutions, voice, email, chat, and social media channels.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.Knowledge of SIP, WebRTC, and other telephony protocols.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud platform (Genesys Cloud CX).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2 to 4 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud solutions or similar cloud contact center technologies.Genesys Cloud certifications (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX Certified Professional) are a plus.Experience in Agile development environments is a plus.
