Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 02 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with a background in HR-Administration at a mid-level. This role is suited for a dynamic, agile individual who can manage internal financial operations akin to accounting practices, possesses excellent communication skills, and is service-minded. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Develop and implement HR and administrative policies to support organizational needs and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Manage internal budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for operational needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, open communication, and proactive problem-solving. Serve as the main point of contact for multiple stakeholders, managing relationships with diplomacy and tact. Adapt to ambiguous situations, making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Lead, motivate, and develop the operational team to achieve high performance and service excellence. Required Qualifications: At least one year of expatriate experience in India, with the ability to communicate fluently in English. A strong background in HR and Administration at a mid-level position. Proficiency in managing financial operations with an understanding of internal accounting practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution. A flexible mindset capable of dealing with grey areas and multiple stakeholders. Energetic and agile, with a proven track record of resilience and adaptability in challenging environments. Prefer to Have: Experience in a similar role within the region, demonstrating a deep understanding of local business practices and culture.
