Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to improve targeting efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare actionable insights. Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithms, and new features. Collaborate with the creative team to align ad visuals and copy with campaign goals. Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum returns. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in running successful Meta Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, A/B testing, and attribution models. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred candidate profile Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or performance marketing. Knowledge of other ad platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) is a plus.
