As an experienced Engineer specializing in the field of Fuel System within the CSETA Technology group at CSETA Technology, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in shaping sustainable transport solutions for Volvo trucks Brands. Your main responsibilities will revolve around the design of Fuel Systems including Diesel, CNG, LNG, and Bio-Diesel systems along with their key components such as Fuel tanks, Mountings, Fuel Routing, Installation, Storage, and level sensors. Your expertise will be utilized in the product design and development cycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the design of Sheet metal and Casting Complex brackets meet the required standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding and interpreting Digital Validation reports like CAE-Durability and CFD, collaborating closely with suppliers for component development, and establishing a strong network with Global counterparts and cross functions. Your role will involve strategizing additional responsibilities and active participation in Global Projects, requiring effective communication and collaboration with Global XFs and Suppliers worldwide. It is essential to contribute to Advanced Engineering, Product Strategy Roadmap, and KM topics to ensure the successful delivery of projects. To be successful in this role, you should hold a B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with 4-8 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with fuel systems (Diesel, CNG, LNG, Biodiesel) and product design & development in sheet metals, casting, and PA lines will be advantageous. Knowledge of GD&T and 3D Tools like Creo, as well as exposure to Volvo Tools and Processes (KOLA/PDM), will be beneficial. Moreover, possessing a holistic view on deliverables from various interfaces, knowledge of Chassis Equipments packaging, routing & development, and familiarity with Agile way of working will add value to your profile. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with Global XFs and Suppliers worldwide, ensuring the right participation & contribution to Advanced Engineering, Product Strategy Roadmaps, and KM topics. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.E/B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 4-8 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with exhaust systems for Diesel, CNG, and LNG, as well as familiarity with product design & development in sheet metals and casting within the chassis domain, are essential.
