We’re opening a long-term volunteer position (3-6 months, flexible) under Craftels India, for our two boutique properties in South Goa - Obrigado and Nest . If you enjoy meeting people, communicating well, and being part of a warm, meaningful space, this could be the right experience for you.

What the role looks like:

* Welcoming guests and supporting front desk activities

* Assisting with guest communication and smooth check-ins

* Helping with the daily flow and operations

* Sharing ideas to enhance the overall guest experience

You don’t need formal hospitality experience - just good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn.
