Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume non-technical roles across multiple business units. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and local outreach. Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely feedback management. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports regularly. Partner with third-party staffing agencies as required. Support onboarding processes for selected candidates. Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per business demand. Participate in job fairs and bulk hiring events. Maintain compliance with internal hiring policies and data confidentiality. Lead and mentor a team of HR executives and specialists. Allocate responsibilities, set performance expectations, and review team outcomes. Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to team members.
