We're Hiring: Strategic Advisor – Business Development About Voltrain Voltrain is a clean mobility startup building smart electric retrofit kits for bicycles and light vehicles. We're on a mission to make sustainable transportation accessible, affordable, and scalable across India. Backed by early traction and product innovation, we are ready to scale. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Strategic Business Development Advisor to help us accelerate go-to-market execution, grow our dealer network, and unlock high-impact partnerships in the EV ecosystem. Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential partners ( fleet operators, EV startups, dealers) Advise on pricing, channel strategy, and B2B business models Leverage your network to open doors to key strategic players and investors Guide Voltrain’s market expansion strategy across urban and tier-2/3 cities Provide mentorship on government incentives and EV-related policy frameworks Who You Are: 10+ years experience in EV, clean mobility, or startup business development Deep understanding of B2B sales, channel management, or public-private partnerships Strong network in automotive/EV sector is a plus Comfortable in strategic advisory capacity (2–4 hrs/week) Compensation: Flexible structure — equity , success-based incentives .
