As a member of the team, you will collaborate with global analog teams across various sites to drive innovation in Analog IP designs. Your responsibilities will include designing IPs such as Voltage regulators, LDO, Current and Voltage reference, High Voltage charge pumps, temperature sensors, oscillators, etc., utilizing industry-standard EDA tools. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, develop processes, establish robust design methodologies, and contribute to building competency in the Analog domain. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 12+ years of experience in Analog design across different technologies. - Experience in developing analog IPs like Switch capacitor circuits, LDO, DC-DC converter, oscillator, ADCs. - Proficiency in integrating Analog IPs in complex systems. - Knowledge of PCB and system design is preferred. - Experience in silicon characterization and probing. - Exposure to a multi-site environment and collaboration with teams in other sites. - Strong mentorship skills. - Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives.
