Salesforce Developer with AgentForce hyderabad 2 - 7 years INR 1.0 - 2.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in AgentForce (Einstein for Service / AI Agents) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain intelligent, scalable Salesforce solutions that leverage AgentForce for conversational AI, workflow automation, and student/customer support. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and solution architects to create AI-driven user experiences across web and community portals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce customizations (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows) aligned with business requirements. Implement and configure AgentForce service agents , including topics, actions, skills, and data source integrations. Integrate AgentForce with Experience Cloud (Community portals) , Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs. Develop and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud integrations to provide unified customer/student profiles for AgentForce. Collaborate with functional teams to map use cases (Admissions, Customer Service, Financial Aid, IT Helpdesk, etc.) into AgentForce conversations. Apply best practices in security, governance, and data management when connecting AgentForce to knowledge bases and transactional systems. Debug and optimize AI agent performance, ensuring accurate and context-aware responses. Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD). Support end-user training, troubleshooting, and enhancements related to Salesforce and AgentForce solutions. Required Qualifications 35+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs). Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud . Hands-on experience with AgentForce (Einstein 1 Platform / AI Agents) – designing, configuring, and deploying conversational agents. Experience integrating Salesforce with external data sources (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.). Proficiency in Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, and permission sets . Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent). Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant ) preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and experience working in Agile environments. Preferred Skills Experience in Higher Education or Public Sector Salesforce solutions (Admissions, Student Information Systems). Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge management within Salesforce. Exposure to GenAI governance, data privacy, and trust controls . Knowledge of Einstein Copilot / Einstein GPT configurations.

This role will focus on navigating the Salesforce partner ecosystem, building relationships with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and alliance teams, identifying collaboration opportunities, and positioning Volantsoft for Salesforce implementation projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Partnership Development Drive the process to obtain Salesforce Consulting Partner status and meet all partner program requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in Salesforce alliances, channel sales, or partner management . Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (products, partner programs, AppExchange). Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Preferred Skills Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant . Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting sales. Familiarity with Partner Community tools and partner scorecard metrics.
