About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with dealers and distributors, and increasing sales for our VOIK branded products in Gurgaon and nearby regions. Key Responsibilities Identify and visit potential dealers, retailers, and corporate clients in assigned territory. Promote VOIK's range of stainless steel bottles, sippers, and safety products. Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activity. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct product demonstrations and share samples. Collect market intelligence and competitor insights. Coordinate with back-office team for order processing and dispatches. RequirementsMinimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, Consumer Durables, or similar preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory. Knowledge of local Gurgaon market is a plus.
