You will be responsible for collecting and defining business requirements and functional/non-functional specifications to facilitate the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of requirements. You will inventory requirements in a central repository, utilizing key attributes for prioritization and grouping. It is essential to expand your knowledge of the requirements processes to remain at least one release ahead of the development lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include working as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit their needs, define and validate solutions that meet business goals, and build and manage relationships with stakeholders based on their influence and needs. You will analyze and synthesize information from stakeholders, manage the plan to deliver requirements, provide input on features/functions to Product Management, and collaborate with Product Marketing Managers on case studies and customer reference implementations. To excel in this role, you will need to obtain information from stakeholders, use tools for gathering inputs, employ Voice-of-Customer techniques to uncover latent customer needs, and conduct elicitation sessions. You will also be involved in field research with clients and targeted users, gathering business requirements, validating requirements, prioritizing requirements, organizing and synthesizing information, and ensuring that requirements meet market and business needs. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare requirements documentation, present requirements in an understandable format, obtain necessary approvals, plan business analysis approaches based on project complexity, define the plan to deliver requirements, act as a subject matter expert in specific solutions, and have a broad knowledge of technology trends. Additionally, you should adhere to all corporate policies, possess strong communication and writing skills, and have technical experience in a business analyst or documentation role. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (master's degree preferred) and have at least 4 years of experience in an industry-related role such as technical support, product management, or product development. Significant experience in all aspects of business analysis, the ability to transform knowledge into competitive advantage requirements, and knowledge of products, competitive offerings, and market drivers are essential. Experience in working on complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and understanding technology used by ACI will be highly beneficial. Preferred qualifications include membership in a professional Business Analyst association. Travel may be required for this position.,
