Voice Process/Call Centre

The Sales Executive (Voice Process) position based in Coimbatore requires individuals who are highly motivated and results-driven. Our client is looking for Sales Executives who possess fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu to join their Voice Process team. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include generating sales, establishing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls. You will be expected to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, handle incoming customer inquiries, and address sales-related issues effectively. Meeting or surpassing monthly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is crucial for this role. Building and nurturing customer relationships, as well as recognizing and presenting new sales opportunities, are also key aspects of the position. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities, along with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, are essential. While 0-3 years of experience in voice process sales is preferred, freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
