Voice Process ( Telugu & Hindi)

As a Customer Care Executive in the Voice Process, you will be responsible for connecting with existing customers to promote and sell banking products at our Bangalore and Chennai locations. You will address customer queries effectively, assist them in understanding banking services and solutions, and recommend appropriate banking solutions based on their needs. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, along with a positive attitude and willingness to help customers. Qualifications required for this position include a Diploma or Any Degree (both Arts and Engineering backgrounds are accepted). Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi languages is necessary.
