Role Overview:
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
● Follow up insurance carriers based on client appointments.
● Track and update the status of unpaid claims.
● Adapt to various voice-based processes as required.
● Maintain accurate daily logs of activities.
● Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, adhering to client SLAs.
● Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
● Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner when necessary.
Skills Required:
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant applications.
● Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy.
● Strong time management and organizational skills.
● Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
● Initiative and teamwork-oriented mindset.
Experience:
● Open to both fresher and experienced candidates with a background in the International Voice Process.

● 05:30 PM – 03:30 AM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
