HarperCollins India is looking to hire for the post of Audio Executive to help build and grow HarperCollins India's audio publishing programme. If youre passionate about reading, audiobooks, podcasts and multi-format book adaptations in new and emerging media, you may want to apply. Job Description To work closely with the head of Harper Audio India to help accelerate audio production of HCIs audio titles across genres. To liaise with audio producers, voice-over artists, negotiate costs and timelines to manage end-to-end audio production. To run detailed quality checks on audio files, prepare metadata and hand over audio masters promptly for audio distribution to retailers. To work closely with marketing to run promotions for frontlist and backlist audio titles throughout the year. Requirements At least 1 to 2 years of editorial experience in an established publishing house, media organisation or an audio OTT platform. Excellent organisation, time management and project management skills. Excellent attention to detail and able to work accurately, and to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to new technologies and work with established and first-time authors, external suppliers and colleagues. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
