Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at our company, your role involves answering incoming calls from callers seeking assistance for various reasons. Your responsibilities include identifying and assessing customers" needs to achieve satisfaction, ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within designated time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keeping records of customer interactions is also a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should be fluent in English, possess relevant experience in customer service (which would be an added advantage), and exhibit very good spoken English with the right attitude. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in English - Relevant experience in customer service (preferred) Additionally, bilingual applicants (English and Spanish) are encouraged to apply, as special training and coaching sessions will be provided to the new hires to ensure their success in our English and Spanish voice divisions.,
