Voice Expert

As a Customer Service Executive in our English and Spanish voice divisions, your role involves answering incoming calls from callers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, fulfill requests, and provide information. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing customers" needs to ensure their satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, responding efficiently to inquiries, and upholding excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keeping regular records of customer interactions is also a key part of your responsibilities.
