Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Education

    : Graduate is a must for fresher,.
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field (BPO experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
