We are Hiring Freshers and Experienced Voice Process Analyst ! - MNC Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or a Bachelor's degree in any field. 0 to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role (Freshers welcome). Location - Bangalore (Brookfeild, Whitefeild) We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our UK Inbound Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Analyst, you will handle inbound calls from UK-based customers, assist with their queries or concerns, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Job Title: Inbound Voice Process Analyst UK Process Department: Customer Service / Contact Centre Shift: UK Shift (typically between 12:00 PM 2:00 AM IST) Rotational Job Type: Full-time Role & responsibilities Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls/chat in a professional manner. Resolve customer issues and queries related to products, services, billing, or accounts. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts provided by the company. Log and document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. Preferred candidate profile Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or a Bachelor's degree in any field. 0 to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role (Freshers welcome). Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and typing. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
