As a Project Manager / Project Lead in the field of Structured Cabling, Active LAN & IT Infrastructure, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of driving cutting-edge Data Center cabling projects in India. Your role will involve overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects, from design and planning to seamless execution, ensuring adherence to global standards and client requirements while leading a dedicated site team. You will play a pivotal role in strategic project planning, resource allocation, procurement strategies, and efficient project delivery within stipulated timelines. Your responsibilities will include conducting project initiation and review meetings, technical query resolution, team planning, deployment, and execution. You will collaborate with various stakeholders such as clients, EPCMs, consultants, and agencies to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency in telecom cabling projects. Monitoring project financials, forecasting, and providing regular updates to project heads and directors will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will oversee Health & Safety processes, ensuring compliance during project execution by managing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Working Procedures. Key attributes for success in this role include proven expertise in managing multiple Data Center cabling projects concurrently, strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality projects within budget. Furthermore, your in-depth knowledge of Data Center cabling standards, structured cabling systems, fibre optics, and voice cabling will be instrumental in your success. Experience in IT infrastructure related to Data Center core cabling and associated systems is highly desirable. The position requires a minimum of 7-20 years of experience in Data Center cabling and infrastructure projects, particularly in Greenfield environments. Immediate joiners are preferred for locations in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR.
