You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the Voice Line of Business (LOB) at Exela Technologies. You will oversee daily operations, improve operational processes, ensure service excellence, and efficient delivery of services. Building and leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement will also be key responsibilities. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, manage the Voice LOB budget, track and report on performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to support voice business initiatives. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 15+ years of experience in voice services industry, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred skills include experience in global team management, leveraging technology in voice business processes, and familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
