Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kolhapur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, setting sales goals, liaising with other departments, conducting market research, and providing training and development for the sales team. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in data analysis and market research Experience with CRM software and other sales technologies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
