Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Teach vocal music to students, covering various genres and techniques. Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Performance Preparation: Prepare students for recitals, performances, and competitions, ensuring they are performance-ready and confident. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Student Engagement: Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods and extracurricular activities. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music from a recognized institution. Experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience in vocal music. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with students and colleagues, fostering a supportive learning environment.
