You will play a crucial role as a Spoken English Trainer at Sugam NGO in collaboration with NIIT Foundation. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct structured, interactive, and practical spoken English sessions for youth aged 14 to 25 as a part of a skill development initiative. These sessions will focus on enhancing their spoken English and communication skills to prepare them for employment opportunities and personal development. Your key responsibilities will include delivering spoken English training following NIIT Foundation's curriculum, employing activity-based learning methods such as role plays and group discussions, and concentrating on important areas like vocabulary building, grammar, fluency, and confidence. Additionally, you will integrate life skills and workplace readiness components like interview preparation and teamwork into the sessions. Conducting assessments based on NIIT guidelines, maintaining attendance records, and providing timely reports on the NIIT platform will also be part of your duties. You will collaborate with NIIT Foundation's regional team for audits, reviews, and training updates. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong command of spoken and written English, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with students from under-resourced backgrounds. Familiarity with digital tools like Google Sheets, LMS, and Zoom is essential, as well as a genuine passion for teaching and empowering youth. As for educational qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or Humanities is required. A certification as an NIIT English Trainer or a willingness to undergo NIIT Foundation's Training of Trainers program is preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in spoken English or soft skills training. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and fluency in English is preferred for this in-person role.,
