As a Regional Insurance Manager in the Bancassurance business of Retail Liabilities/Wealth Management department in Mumbai, your primary role involves engaging with all business verticals within the zone/region of the Bank. You will be responsible for liaising with Regional Managers and working closely with branches to increase activation, lead flow, ensure the right product offerings based on customer needs, and more. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also engage with external stakeholders/partners of the Bank to establish synergies and ensure training, certification, process alignment, and compliance at all times. Your focus will be on driving customer-based solutions that align with needs analysis and requirements, serving as a primary interface and solution provider for all Bank staff regarding insurance needs for Bank customers. Your managerial and leadership responsibilities will involve indirect management of various business verticals and the Bank's structure. You should demonstrate maturity in handling employee, partner, and customer queries related to insurance needs. Key success metrics for this role include achieving APE targets, customer retention, VNB/P&L of the zone/branch, productivity per branch with product mix, as well as compliance and training.
